Entry #9 - Capturing Attention Project - Areas of Interaction

Give specific examples of how what you will be doing in this project relates to the Areas of Interaction.

  1. Communication-Talking to my partner, the sponsor, and the Event Coordinator.
  2. Information-Finding out what attracts people the most and what captures their attention. Getting all the info you need to complete your task in its full extent.
  3. Invitation Design-  Creating an  invite that's appropriate for the event and appealing to your audience of choice.

Entry #8 - Capturing Attention Project - Guiding Questions

Write 2-3 guiding questions that might help you with your research

  • Do the invites have to be a certain way or can you be 100 percent creative with it?
  • What would happen if more than one invite was liked and a final decision couldn't be made?
  • Would people know who created the invites?

Entry #7 -Capturing Attention Project - Design Task

Explain in your own words the design task that you have been asked to solve.

My partner and I will create an invite for an actual event for T.M.A. or one of its partners. Depending on how good the invite is , it might become the actual invitation for the school event. The event my partner and I are creating an invite for is the senior prom. The invite will also be chosen based on how much attention it will garner.
