Blog Entry #5.4 - Print PSA 3

  1. Campaign Title: High School Dropout Prevention 
  2. Advertisement Title: Ativa

  4. What was the target audience of the PSA? Teens who are a t-risk of dropping out of high school
  5. What social benefit was promoted by the PSA? To encourage struggling teens to stay in school because it will help them in the future for better opportunities.
  6. What was the “tag line” of the PSA? When life is this hard, graduating can be even harder.
  7. What organization sponsors this PSA? U.S. Army 
  8. Describe what is shown/happens in the PSA. Ativa is a girl in the 10th grade who does math problems for 20 minutes and a term paper for 45 minutes. Then she gets on the bus and does a night shift for 6 hours .
  9. Describe what makes this PSA memorable. This actually does happen to people in real life because high school is a job by itself so adding on a job or something else makes it even harder.
